Terms
Terms of Service
Effective September 18, 2026
These Terms govern business use of Wrenchline, operated by Silver Basin Systems LLC. By accepting an order, activating service, or using an authorized shop account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
1. The service
Wrenchline provides selected call routing, recorded intake, AI-assisted caller intake, scheduling support, a protected shop inbox, and notifications. Features depend on shop configuration and third-party provider availability. Production activation is separate from payment and requires an authorized approval and completed setup checks.
2. Business eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a contract and authorized to act for the participating business. You are responsible for accurate shop settings, authorized user access, account credentials, and activity under your accounts. Tell us promptly if access should be removed or credentials may be compromised.
3. Shop responsibilities
You remain responsible for customer service, repair decisions, pricing, estimates, final appointment confirmation, and the accuracy of information you rely on. You must use Wrenchline lawfully, configure only telephone numbers and calendars you are authorized to control, and provide any call-recording, AI, privacy, or consent notices required in the jurisdictions where you and your callers operate.
4. AI, calls, and scheduling boundaries
AI-generated transcripts, summaries, classifications, and responses may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect and require human review. Wrenchline does not diagnose vehicles, provide repair or emergency advice, guarantee appointments, guarantee recovered revenue, or replace emergency or roadside services. Calendar availability and tentative holds may fail or require shop action. Device SMS shortcuts prepare a message for review; they do not send it automatically.
5. Founder offer and usage
The current founder-assisted shop offer is $149 per month and includes 200 production agent minutes during each paid monthly service period. At signup, Stripe securely saves a payment method without making an immediate charge. The seven-day free trial begins only after the shop authorizes production activation and Wrenchline activates production service. Unless the shop cancels before the trial ends, Stripe charges $149 when the trial ends and monthly thereafter until cancellation. There are no automatic paid overages under this offer; after included live-agent minutes are used, supported calls move to recorded intake under the current configuration. Any written order or later plan accepted by the parties may specify different pricing or operational terms and will control if it conflicts with this general description.
6. Third-party services
Wrenchline depends on telecommunications, AI, hosting, authentication, email, notification, and calendar providers. Their outages, restrictions, or changes can affect service. You are responsible for the terms and charges of services you connect directly, including your carrier, Google account, and device messaging service.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Wrenchline to violate law or another person’s rights; harass or deceive people; place or facilitate unlawful calls or messages; access another shop’s data; interfere with security or service operation; reverse engineer protected components except where law permits; or upload malicious material.
8. Data and privacy
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize Wrenchline and its providers to process that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the reliability of the service. Our Privacy Policy describes current information practices. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to provide.
9. Suspension, cancellation, and records
We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, provider restrictions, or legal requirements. To request cancellation, contact Wrenchline; cancellation takes effect when confirmed under the applicable written arrangement. Archiving a shop preserves historical records and does not itself cancel or release telephone numbers, porting rights, calendar connections, or other provider resources. Those items require a separate authorized process.
10. Ownership and license
Wrenchline and its software, branding, and service design remain the property of Wrenchline and its licensors. During an active authorized account, Wrenchline grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business operations.
11. Service availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Wrenchline disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, permanent provider availability, or that every call, recording, notification, or appointment action will complete.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wrenchline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Wrenchline’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected shop during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.
13. Governing law
Nevada law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive participation in a class action.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law or an accepted written agreement requires otherwise.
