Who will register this shop?

Voice forwarding does not grant SMS access. Your provider must confirm control of SMS on this number. A number can belong to only one campaign at a time.

Wrenchline-managed registrations: Your first submission attempt is free. Each later attempt, including a resubmission after rejection, costs $30 whether the carrier approves or rejects it. We will ask you to authorize each paid attempt before submitting it. Carrier approval is not guaranteed. If your carrier manages registration, its own fees apply.

2 · Shop identity

Match the public sender

Do not enter your EIN, tax letter, API credentials, or personal identity documents here. The registering provider will request sensitive verification through its secure process.

3 · Message plan

Choose only messages you will actually send

Review requests, maintenance reminders, and promotional or reactivation language may require a marketing-capable campaign and separate affirmative consent. Confirm classification with the registering provider.

This draft covers one campaign on one number. Mixed campaigns allow at most five registered sub-use cases; these six workflows do not automatically equal six sub-use cases. If all six are selected, have the provider map them to eligible sub-use cases or plan separate campaigns/numbers before preparing a packet.

4 · Consent evidence

Show how each recipient opts in

The live page, checkbox text, campaign description, and sample messages should name the same shop and purposes.

5 · Carrier responses and samples

Make every example match the campaign

Enter one realistic sample per intended purpose, including the sender and a real link destination if links are used. Do not claim a booking or repair occurred when it has not.

6 · Final review

Check before any paid submission

• The shop owner and provider agree who owns SMS routing for the number.
• All URLs load publicly and identify the same sender.
• Consent names every selected message purpose; marketing consent is explicit where needed.
• Samples, keyword responses, and campaign description agree.
• A second reviewer checks the entire packet before the carrier submits it.

The completeness check is not carrier approval. Saving, reviewing, or copying never registers a brand, submits a campaign, changes a phone number, or sends a text.
