SMS Privacy Notice

This notice applies to the Wrenchline and Riverside Auto Demo SMS program operated by Silver Basin Systems LLC.

Information collected

We collect the mobile number you submit, the date and time of consent, the consent language and version shown to you, the opt-in source, and messaging events needed to honor delivery, HELP, and STOP requests. If you call the demonstration from the same number, the demo may associate that consent with the resulting demo call and appointment request.

How information is used

We use this information only to operate and secure the demonstration, send the messages described when you opted in, honor messaging preferences, prevent abuse, and maintain compliance records.

Sharing

We do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide data to service providers that help us operate the program, including hosting, database, telecommunications, and messaging providers, solely to provide and secure the service or as required by law.

Choices and retention

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent records and suppression records may be retained as needed to document and honor your choices, prevent unwanted messages, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
